Experiential workshops for leaders and managers
I am a not a ‘motivational conference speaker’ nor am I a TED talk style presenter sharing insights from my personal journey. I offer something else: experiential learning about leadership, teams and whole organisational systems through a mix of engaging presentation and embodied, moving experiences.
I introduce teams and large groups to the core concepts of organisational health, to what it means to truly ‘lead with the system in mind.’ This enables people to lead with fresh knowledge about the hidden dynamics that can limit or nourish organisational systems and to create flow within the systems they lead or influence. All my work is underpinned by an intention to support leaders in creating the conditions in which individuals, teams and organisations can thrive.
For large groups (30 to 300 people) the participative workshop presentations that I facilitate offer a mix of fresh insights and practical tools to use in leadership – through a combination of the ‘unwritten rules’ to know about as well as specific dynamics to pay attention to in their particular organisation.
I’m told that my first book revolutionised the coaching industry and my next book, The Whole River Flows is designed to do the same for senior managers and leaders who are interested in creating the conditions for organisational health. My writing is designed to support my work with leaders and teams and as a facilitator of these experiential learning labs and workshops.

If you are serious about responding to what leadership requires of you, if you want to make a lasting difference and if you are also able to integrate the unwritten rules of human relationship systems, then you have the opportunity to create the sort of leadership that matters and that people will follow.
If you understand that the role you hold is temporary – even if you are the founder, or thought you were ‘CEO-for-life’ – if you can agree to everything just as it is before changing it, then you are ready to lead with the life of the whole system in mind.
I come alongside CEO’s and founders to enable:

I work with the person with the most responsibility for the whole (most often the CEO or founder) to support them in creating the conditions for organisational health across the system. This enables leadership that creates psychological safety and high performance in engaged individuals and teams, which also builds an enduring legacy.
